Pioneer Biscuits

2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. shortening
3/4-1 C. milk or water

Stir together flour salt, baking powder. Cut in shortening with pastry cutter.
Add milk gradually till dough is moist but not sticky.
Pat our dough flat and cut with glasses.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until done.
